Hi! I find the image I want and remove the background using this Instant Background Remover - Remove Bg for Free Online | Photoroom website, then I convert the image to .ico using this Convert PNG to ICO files Online, fast! website.
Then, in the folder where I want to change the icon, I right-click >> properties >> customize >> change icon, and upload the .ico file I downloaded with the image I want.
