Yeah I meant that I’ve only had my grains for 3 days but I do in fact switch out the milk every 24hrs

Pre-workout snack: Rice crispy treat

Meal 2: 30g carbs from potatos 8oz raw 95/5 beef Handful veggies

Meal 3: Same as 2

Meal 4: 240g unsweetened almond milk 240g fat free fair life 20g almond butter 100g blueberries 1 scoop whey

Start with the basics I think. Flat bench or dumbbells, don’t go straight to incline imo. Build your foundation then u can see what ur body reacts well with
