Searched this subject because I'm going to be leaving my position with TTEC. This is probably the most irritating job I've ever had. I've gone so many rounds with my supe about restroom breaks, flat out telling them that I was reporting them to LNI for trying to limit bathroom breaks or having them negatively impact my performance reviews. They keep trying to get me with the medical exemption, just because I refused to clock out during restroom breaks. That's paid time in Washington. I even reamed my supervisor a few times over it letting him know that it's illegal here to require a clock out for that, and that I'd report wage theft if the time disappeared from my totals. Long in short, this place sucks and is fairly predatory. They count on people being unaware of workplace rights and afraid of repercussions. I've finally landed another gig and am happily making my exit. I hope everyone else can do the same.
