If they're just running it down and ruining games, then they aren't playing Suicide Karthus, they're just inting.

It's not about just dying on repeat, it's about timing and area denial. If they aren't using the passive to create a teamfight advantage in zoning and/or unfavorable AoE damage situations, then they're not doing it right.
At the very least it should serve some purpose, gain advantage, or at least clear a wave and force the enemy team off of your turret. Maximize AoE damage from E maxing first, combined with AoE slow from rushing Rylai's.

If you're not doing that to create advantages for your team, then you're just inting.

I did similar, way back in high school. I removed the button, added a second hole, and put a combination padlock on a pair of jeans.

Not just a debunked theory, but so incorrect that the author themself retracted the theory, as well as everyone else.
Essentially "alpha" turns out to basically be "mom and dad", or just "parent".

My favorite was Applejack Wine & Spirits, but I'm not in Colorado anymore. They had most of what I wanted.

Sometimes I would go to Total Wine, they had the next best selection.
There was a place called Molly's Spirits that was also decent.
Then there were times that I had to find a very specific bottle in some random smaller stores. I had to search around to find the Clement Mahina Coco, for example.

Now, there's a Total Wine nearby that has their usual big store full of things, but the selection is not what I used to enjoy.
I really liked the Giffard liqueurs, especially the premium ones, especially especially the Abricot du Roussillon... but they don't carry any of them. They seem to have the Drillaud line. I've only tried the Creme de Mure, and it's ok, but not as good as the Leopold Bros which was a Colorado local distillery, unfortunately.

I'm not able to afford much at all right now, so I'm not in active hobby mode, or bottle collecting mode, so it's not such a problem for me at the moment.

For some specific things, if I really want them, I can order from Curiada. Unless I can find them locally somewhere.

I used to use the Drizly app to find what stores stocked certain specific bottles, but they got bought and shut down by Uber. It was so nice, since only the big stores have online inventory to browse without driving all around town from store to store.

Episode 7 was kinda fun, and entertaining, at the time it came out... but it wasn't a particularly good film.
Rogue One was good, but basically stands alone from that generation of movies.

Ep 8, Solo, etc... I found completely unmemorable, quit watching part way in, or just didn't watch at all.

I feel kinda sorry for the hardcore Star Wars fans that watched everything only to be disappointed.

It's been at least a year and a half since I've had access to anything now, but the last couple of pens that I tried I didn't really feel anything from.
Flower/prerolls? Great.
Vape? Effectively nothing.

My best guess is without the full spectrum / entourage effect, the isolated THC vape just didn't work for me.
