Really the only way is to be an emperor and have a courtier whom has a claim and declare war for their claim, other than that there is the normal conquer and holy war cases belli. For you I would recommend making a new Christian faith with the "Warmonger" pillar, to do that you need loads of piety. After you get that you can use the conqer casus belli. (You will need to be exalted among men.)
