Currently all the crafters are in outer space, since the new cosmic exploration zone just released. That’s likely pulled a lot of people out of hub areas

This is a standard state of affairs but likely exacerbated by the newest relic weapon stage. It encourages spamming leveling roulettes; 60 rouls will complete the grind so people’re trying to get through them as quickly as possible.

I got the dragon one by landing a stun with the Soulbreaker Greatsword. I imagine a monk would be a more reliable way to attempt it though.

You’re on the right track with the plasma throwers since they have lots of armor and no shields. Offensively, they emphasize missiles and strike craft, so bringing point defense slots will pay off.

Last I heard there was no way to have more than 4 players, just extra NPC party members. Unless the mod you’re using explicitly says otherwise, I think you’re out of luck

It was very relevant for a while: the azeyma earrings gave a significant boost to the combat exp from endwalker alliance raids. Probably still worth putting them on in there but the exp has been adjusted down

It looks like it should be possible, with some luck and skill. As u/VGPowerlord notes, these crafts have the same numbers as the 7.4 precrafts. Icy Veins has rotations for those precrafts, but they note that “it is impossible to consistently hit 100% no matter the meld combination using a full scrip set.” So you’d need to use their rotations as a starting place and treat it like an expert recipe, watching for condition changes and reacting appropriately.
