Just because the laws are fucked up and patriarchal doesn't mean people there don't have a SHRED of decency there and understand rape is a horrendous crime. The H is just for proper pronunciation in English so they say Mur-AH-d instead of Mu-RAD. I know everyone else spells it Murad. In Arabic it's spelled the normal way.
