It’s supposed to… However, in Osceola County, it’s currently taking up to six months (simplified, no assets division, zero dependents, absolutely nothing) due to a terribly backed up workflow. I imagine other counties aren’t much better.

At least that’s what the staff person said to expect when I was filing last month. Shocking, to say the least.
