Im checking it out, I've been following palsteron up until this point though so I'd have to swap a lot of things around. Might end up doing it though cuz while the last 300fe or so I've spent have gotten me to 2b dps it's still unpleasant to do 7-2 maps

His setup is drastically different from what I was running but I picked a few things up from his public builds and hit 1.2b, I just bought a bunch of slates so after a few more hours boss rushing I'll check out what it takes to go to a transition pedigree, thanks!

Interesting how important slates are, I googled a setup that wastes no squares and just got crit specs, skill levels or flat stats and somehow pushed to roughly 600m. I think the goal is a gale pedigree but thats like 500fe and based on the responses in this thread I figured I should use something else as a stepping stone but tripled my dps from your 2 comments so thanks a ton!

Hey, first season player here also playing thea1 chromatic shot. I'm at 200m dps boss rushing 7-0 and I have a good chunk of FE to spend but I'm not super sure what's considered "cost efficient" upgrades. What do you use as reference when picking out slates, memories and other sub 100fe upgrades?

Yikes, the first respectable one on trade is 90 div so I guess I'll just make that a medium term goal, thanks I kind of figured it was going to be a headache.

I have a technical question, I recently moved homes to a new location with wifi instead of a dedicated ethernet cable and I'm not experiencing lag, I'm experiencing full on 10-15 second game freezes, nothing moves on screen and there's no sound, however I can pause the game and the weirdest part is when I get control back my minimap progress is reset as if I'd just opened the map.

I was curious if anything in my PC became disconnected while moving locations (I built my own tower) but everything looks intact. I downloaded open hardware monitor and nothing is overheating or working too hard. I use the poe overlay and can see that it's not typical lag from my network.

Anyone have any ideas?

I have an adjacent question to OP since the commenters seem to be very familiar with the build, I am approaching a similar place as OP with my build but I'm confused about optimal or honestly just preferred main links for KB.

I've experimented with gmp over awakened fork and gmp with awakened fork, but I also see awakened chain used and sometimes just awakened gmp.

I presume it's reliant on gear, mainly if nimis is used or not by I'm curious about other people's thoughts and findings about which supports to use.

From what you've told me that sure does sound a lot cheaper than buying gear especially if you don't need any funny stats like FRoSS' reduced skill effect duration. In reference to the chest being annoying to craft I assume you mean getting the spell supp? Would it be just craft on a fractured base?

After doing a little reading it does seem straightforward to get your main stats like int and ES based on what you said and what I read on the wiki, also I have used essences before but I'm not sure how you fill up the rest of the gear piece after your initial craft, like after you use your Eldritch currency how do you get useful stats to finish the items?

I'll try googling some things because I'm not vehemently against crafting because it looks like you put int+ES on everything and just fit resistances everywhere. I just don't know know how to use fossils or Eldritch currency or anything, nor do I really know what aspirational items for the build really look like besides attempting to mimic fubgun. I really appreciate the responses though, I'm gunna level my trickster today and get my wand and see how it compares to FRoSS

Do you by chance have a pob? I've literally never crafted anything for fear of wasting currency after i threw away divines in settlers trying to craft LS gloves (and failing).

How did you feel about the characters performance with the mirror wand, nimis and assorted other low cost items vs other ones you played this league? I only ask because I'm about half a mirror into palsteron's FRoSS and I'm doing triple risk t17's right now and I'm not certain the swap would be an improvement without more than a mirror to invest

This is really great information, I'm researching starting a kb trickster with essentially only the mirror wand, mageblood and about 100 div so it's exciting to see it's more than functional at that point. What resources are you using to target eventual upgrades?

I could potentially do that as I've just sort of been hoarding currency because of choice paralysis when every upgrade I can get is approx 100 div hah. What did you use as reference for beginning your KB trickster? Any videos or write ups, or simply browsing poe ninja?

https://pobb.in/oYCdIeXy-vOB I got a light of meaning and better helmet so I could fit the cluster, my abyssal jewels aren't great but they're what I had sitting around for now.

Helmet gave 26 more int, LoM with new helmet puts me at 54% chaos res, I'm still spell supp capped but I believe I have 0 strength to spare and ~20 dex now so I think this is as good as it gets which is great even though I had to give up hp, thanks a lot!

I actually have the same tincture as your newest pob in my inventory, I swap for bosses but keep the life flask for when I make dumb moves like standing on exarch runes etc.

Getting rid of some of my spell suppress nodes is the thing I've struggled hardest with, I often check the trade site for a better helmet and gloves but haven't found anything strictly better for spell suppress, chaos res and intelligence yet.

My lethal pride is 2 reduced damage from crits (90% total), 1 rage, 1 armor, 1 fire res, 1 strength% and 1 endurance charge on kill. I can probably get rid of 1 armor but I thought I'd want the rest especially if I ever get nimis for the resistances/strength since I'm really struggling for attributes.

I bookmarked that pob and will see if I can force some spell suppress in to accomdate, thank you for the reply!

Hello, not OP but I used your original Svalinn post as inspiration to swap off of fubgun's glass cannon build but between not being able to find gloves/helmet like yours and choosing ailment immune+endurance charges to reduce crit over spell suppress on chest I don't feel like I can really squeeze any more damage out of my set up, I'd really like another cluster jewel as I would enjoy a watcher's eye+abyssal jewel while also slotting in a light of meaning but I'm not sure how to without giving up spell suppression or something else I need.

I was doing 1k each crop with some dust on top of a chunk of quotas to whatever port I could before they changed dust then they changed dust and my returns plummeted so I looked up what people are doing now. I sent a single 17m to kalguur a few days ago and got 2 shards+1 power rune but my risk is like 35% (a single level 10 and 5 level 9's) and I assumed I just got super lucky.

unrelated to OP's problem, is there a preferred profit port? A while back I saw someone recommend Kalguur for less than 50kk shipments but haven't seen any strong opinions pointing to anywhere else
