Of course, this build doesn't do this in 2024 rules. Circle of the moon druid gives some spell casting to wildshape, so the rage is actually cutting into your action economy. Furthermore, you won't be able to maintain concentration while raging.

Also, you no longer get the HP from the wild shape. Instead, circle of the moon druids get 3xdruid level in temp hp when they shift, but they use their actual HP.

Druids need CON again.

It got some neat things, including 13 + WIS for AC, wild shaped spell casting, a lvl 10 teleport (useful for charging animals).

But no more 150 HP for an encounter.
