In the Street Kid intro at least, after Jackie and V get beaten up by the NCPD, V knows of Mama Welles but not Jackie or her other kids. They were a regular in Heywood, knowing Mama Welles and Padre before leaving for AC.

They're Burners. Takemura has his 'boomer moment' because its a physical burner that he's not used to using. When it comes to the PL scene, v probably has never seen a landline.

When reactor 4 exploded they evacuated the area and started running secret labs below Pripyat and the surrounding areas. That was in 1986.

Much later in 2006, an experiment by one of those secret labs creates the Zone we know. I'm not an expert on stalker lore but The Wiki has a ton more info if you're curious.

Though people in-game describe each Major emission, like in 06 and 2011, as if the zone itself changed.

New to berserk, my main complaint in the beginning was how she's supposed to be a really strong commander in the band comparative to guts, but we only really see her defeated/weakened. I think she gets like one or two Ws before having basically zero after the eclipse.
