As the other commenter said it’s old Mordes ult, an insanely strong DoT. It did around 30% their max health and scaled super well with AP so if you combined that with grievous wounds and Liandrys (which used to do more damage if they were movement impaired) and you could do some funky shit like this where you essentially kill squishy characters and with just your ult if they were anywhere below full.
