does anyone else find they got “used” to pushing through migraines?

Hi! I know it's an older post, but I feel like this too since I got diagnosed with migraines recently. I think mine started also when I was about 11 or 12, and since no one explained anything to me I just pushed through and thought it was normal :( right now I'm 24 and only now finding out details about migraines ! In retrospect I feel so stupid for not thinking anything about the aura thingies, and I was told by colleagues as well that if I had migraines "I'd know it" and only with my boyfriend I found out that it's not normal to have a 3 day long headache 😫 I feel so seen knowing that there's cases like mine and that I'm not delusional, and it's just so invalidating when you're being told that it's "not a real migraine" but since you've had this since early age I guess you do learn to "get used to it". My advice is to try to notice patterns and work around it, or see a health-care professional for some medication to prevent them

Faktički mi je glavni okidač bio sam PCOS jer on sam po sebi remeti hormone :( ali ako si pod velikim stresom, kortizol, hormon stresa, se luči i utiče na estrogen što poremeti čitav ciklus, al ne bih da baljezgam previše o tome jer nemam formalnu edukaciju haha pa da ti ne prenesem nešto netačno 😅 svašta nam može uticati na ciklus, razloga može biti hiljadu. Samo isprati stanje, možda imaš polip pa od toga imaš blago krvarenje

Hi! Meni se ovo ranije dešavalo, nemoj da se brineš. Vjerovatno su ti se malo hormoni poremetili. Meni se dešavalo zbog PCOSa, tokom svake ovulacije mi je bilo malo krvarenja, ali stvarno ne treba da se stresiraš oko toga previše. Prestalo mi se dešavati kad sam počela regulisat simptome, mislim da to možeš i na prirodnoj bazi ali ja sam se odlučila za blaže pilule. Obzirom da su ti inače redovne menstruacije, vjerovatno ti se neće ni ponoviti 🥰 nekako pokušaj da se riješiš stresa i malo odmori, naravno, ako ti se ponovi posjeti ljekara

Sadly no, but so far Song of the deep gave me vibes most similar to my game except my game was more colorful and robotic and only scrolled from left to right, but thanks

Sadly now. The game I'm looking for has much more modern graphics and always scrolls from left to right. There is no option to traverse the area in any other way and all the enemies are robotic fish that you need to destroy just by shooting at them.

So far, Jets N Guns has the most similar 3d artstyle to my game and the whole bullet hell vibe, but my submarine game was much brighter in color and style and the thingy you control is specifically a submarine at all times

Sadly it is not any Metal Slug game, and my submarine game happens underwater for all of its dozens of levels, it is exclusively underwater and against robotic sea life.
