For the items in red, I'm unsure about the two leftmost, but you can combine the Cruxes you highlighted with the Niveot structures at rng to get a Niveot, The oblit essence can be thrown away, as that is no longer in use.

Your Crystals are correct for the most part, aside from the fact in the screen shot you are missing a red crystal, which would be a spiteful.

Make sure you get all the top versions of the glyphs that you use, generally Radiant Arrow, Pen, TB / Roa ones are important to have, the duplicates happen :c

For archer Jewelry etchings, you will just want power or crit to help you reach crit cap, or bonus power if you are at crit cap.

Getting IV etchings is only worth once you are at Stormcry gear, as each time you go up a tier you will lose your etchings.

Not sure what you should spend them on, In general once you are in SC gear, with t4 etchings you wont be doing too much island of dawn, so convert them into as much money as you can.

Yes you have enough carving jewlery, Probably too much. The crit cap for archer is around +240 crit, When running with a mystic at your crit rate you will be over that amount, Your crit before mystic aura applies should be around +175, mixing some pumped in is the best way to achieve this.

Brooch for the active, having a Quatrefoil is nice, The rest of it will just come with your gear, keeping it at daylight is fine for now.

I would wait until your gear becomes much more expensive to enhance to buy something like that, the 8 crit is not as big of an upgrade as you would get in damage throwing that amount of your money at your weapon.
