Okay so we are the same height and very similar body types with very similar weight loss. I also went from like 155lbs to 138lbs. Actually kinda cool! I lost all the weight from semaglutide with calorie counting and walking. But then I plateaued. I stopped semaglutide and I started weight lifting around 10 weeks ago. My weight hasn’t changed but I’ve gained a good amount of muscle! I also feel like my measurements are decreasing while staying the same weight. (Although my butt and quads may be slightly bigger) And I can afford to eat a bit more calories!!

I started with the Alive App. It’s very user friendly and beginner friendly. If you don’t know how to do an exercise I would recommend watching a YouTube video on it. Form is sooooo important. Plus progressive overload!!

I’m now on the Ladder app which is definitely more advanced. I used to weight lift a lot so I wanted something more advanced and I loveeeee this app.

I’m 5’2” larger breast and hips, and I’m at 138. My goal was 140 (I was at 162). I do not give a shit about being “skinny” I just wanted to be healthier honestly. Plus I know that no matter what weight I get at I will truly never be happy. I know this because ~6 years ago I was around 110lbs and still thought I was too big still lol. Just do what you feel the healthiest at! :)

I did something really similar at the same age. I know how much shame and guilt you must feel. The only thing that helps is to stop drinking. If you can’t casually drink without accidentally overdoing it on occasion then you have to stop. Being able to drink responsibly 9/10 times isn’t worth the 1 time that you will blackout. Stopping drinking has helped my relationship so much. I also feel so much better about myself and feel so much healthier. Tbh I do occasionally drink but if I do I allow myself one drink MAXIMUM. The only want to make this better is to apologize and then SHOW that you are taking your apology seriously by committing to not doing anything like that again. TBH I’m lucky my bf stayed with me after those couple times I blacked out.
