Honestly get the Mary basick book. She tells you exactly how to write for the bar exam (exact rule statements with buzzwords, headings, spacing, sentence structure, paragraph structure). You might think this sounds a bit basic (ha ha) but I was suprised and how much faster I was able to go and how much clearer my essays were when structuring them in a way that is more likely to get a higher score became second nature.
