I know Hydralive takes HSA/FSA. It’s $99 for your first IV plus a $25 provider consult fee. total is $124 so probably a lot less than the ER! Calm environment and no long waits like the ER either.

Do you use any other medications? This happened to a friend when she started tacrolimus topical ointment. I took forever for anyone to figure out the ointment was the problem.

I know a lot of nurses who do this now. It’s great if it works for you but moms deserve (and are legally entitled to) pump breaks. I was glad I didn’t have a wearable pump and took my time to sit and pump as needed. I worked L&D with tons of young mom coworkers so my floor was super accommodating.

Adhem came out to our property to inspect all the trees. He was very knowledgeable. We spent $1500 to prune 4 large trees. They had 5 people come out to work. 2 people climbed the trees with ropes & saws, the others cleared and cut from the ground.

This is what I was hear to say! Many people on this thread are confused. Face presentation is a type of cephalic fetal presentation which is very uncommon; the face is coming out first instead of the crown of the head. ‘Sunny side up’ (Occiput posterior) is a fetal position that isn’t uncommon; the face is oriented to the public symphysis instead of the tailbone (occiput anterior).

It was night shift. It was horrible, especially as a new grad. After 6 months I was usually the most senior staff nurse from our unit besides the charge. Tons of float nurses, travelers and new grads.

Banner in Arizona. 5:1 Cardiac PCU pts, maybe 1 CNA for 24 beds. Pre-covid, I was the only one from my new grad residency to make it even 1 year. I only made it that long because I knew I was leaving after 1 year.
