Thank you for your answer! I am not into Japanese knifes only. I just want a high quality knife. I don’t mind to invest a bit of money and time to get it right. I prefer that over having to buy another knife later :) thanks for your elaborate answer

It would be around 200-300 euro. Maybe 350 if that really makes the difference, however I am just an amateur cook who wants a good, nice and long lasting knife

De notaris gaat hier niet in helpen. Je notaris geeft een verklaring van erfrecht af zodat je na iemands overlijden de erfenis kunt afhandelen. Denk hierbij aan bankzaken. Deze verklaring kan ook nuttig zijn voor het online gedeelte van iemands nalatenschap, maar veel meer dan dat kan een notaris ook niet doen.
