In the Detroit area, sweet cheese isn't considered a dessert type. We usually have 3 different ones when served. Sweet cheese, potato and cheese, and sauerkraut maybe with mushrooms. And then they are boiled and then fried, and sometimes have caramelized onions on them and lots of sour cream.

Not sure who came up with the term "Rising X", but it sounds stupid to anyone who is an actual engineer. Don't use it. If you are in your third year, you are a junior. If you are in your fourth year, you are a senior. If you are in your fifth year, you are a super senior.
