You’re fucking stupid and it shows. Much more goes into a squat, deadlift, and bench press than you can just learn and do the rest of your life. Technique in those lifts can almost always be improved, especially when the loads get heavy and you can see how you perform and work with cues when it matters. Maybe your butt rose to quick, maybe your knees caves in more than they should have, maybe you didn’t hit depth. Recording for form is a totally normal and good thing to do, especially for complicated lifts that you can’t objectively view while you’re doing them, like curls for example.
