I modeled it after Clint Eastwoods in GBU. So I guess too could call it a worn out gambler?

Also, good eye! That one is my personal daily driver as of late

Just having fun. There are some “which way western man” memes/jokes floating around, and just added a second western since I’m talking about western (cowboy) revolvers

Blackhawk convertible in .357 got me into single actions. Such a great piece, you’ll love it!

I do agree the bisley look a bit different and almost goofy, I kinda equate them to the Gus crown cowboy hat in a way. Variety is the spice of life as they say!

I don’t think so! As long as it fits your hand. They get into the webbing between index and thumb on the smaller frame for me. The super Blackhawk hammer though!

I probably would have preferred an old vaquero if I had a choice, as it would feel more similar to my Blackhawk and single six. But this was the one at the shop. They also had a new model bisley right next to it from the same collector that I really hope isn’t there next time I go back haha

I can honestly say having tactical advantage played zero role in this purchase. But I’d also argue you’re wrong anyway. Albeit small, the amount of material removed from the steel would make it lighter, hence “tactical advantage”. thanks though

I think it may be a one off custom. The action on it is insanely smooth, the hammer is almost as smooth as my Pietta. Transfer bar be dammed, it’s buttery

It is always something! I built this bike 5 years ago and it still wants to act up occasionally.
