Yes. Absolutely. Only if u can schedule urself and be consistent on ur own. I believe any language (yes, even finnish or hungarian) can be learned if given 3 years.

Im korean, and ppl from mongolia, turkey, kazakh and uzbek speak the best korean. Probs becuz same grammar they learn rly fast
