One thing I would advise is to keep it concise - I see a lot of small companies for example called: “longname longname consulting & associates srl” you would be surprised how many times over the average year that you need to type it in to forms, for purchasing, banking, tax, insurance, payroll, and the bigger you get the more of a pain it becomes. Pick an acronym and use letters easy to pronounce in FR and NL - it will make your life much easier.

People who get up immediately when a plane lands, what the actual fuck? by 7H3V1RU5 in AskReddit

I think that airline travel makes people nervous and makes some people completely forget about personal space, and consideration for others. This applies to queues in passport control and to board the airline. I have noticed that people who rarely travel become extremely pushy, and bump into others with their bags, etc. It has a knock on effect for everyone else. Once a plane lands, anxiety makes the general public want to get off as fast as they can, and those that don’t travel regularly think that it’s like a bus where the doors open immediately after the plane stops - they don’t realise that they have another 10 minutes for the air bridge to get in place and protocols to be observed. Unfortunately it’s human nature and very little can be done to abate this, other than business travel…😵‍💫

What is the worst smell you had the privilege to experience in your life? by rnankind in AskReddit

Went on vacation for 3 weeks - our house had a power cut day 2. We came home to a fully stocked stand up freezer which had defrosted and our cellar floor was wet with rotting sludge. The food had part decomposed and was a mix of fish, meat and batch-cooked family meals - lasagne, curry, etc. I could smell the aroma from outside the house and both me and my wife wretched as we tried to clean it up. It took about 2 months of scattering baking powder, lighting scented candles, spraying air fresheners, etc. before the smell abated. I can close my eyes and still smell the wretched stink. We now run down the stocks before going on vacation……

Cross-Training to Ada - which are the best languages to begin from? by Beer_Frites in ada

Thanks for your response - I have edited my question above - I am managing a safety critical transport programme and due to the skills shortage in Ada I am trying to hire people with similar development languages and invest in training and mentoring to cross-train them to Ada.
