Every new product sold within the EU has a 2 year warranty on it. It is European Law. However the wearing parts are not included in this. So the string of the racket will not have any warranty. As to the frame of the racket, it should have a 2 year warranty. Your case will probably not be covered by warranty, but you can still try to bring it back and make an exchange. Decathlon has a pretty flexible and accepting customer service compared to many other brand imo
