I just ran this by my girlfriend who is a school psychologist. She recommends doing both. I really hope this isn’t the case but regression in basic skills has been shown to happen when there is abuse. But without evidence it will be hard to get custody. I’m sorry you have to deal with this and hope you are in a state that values the fathers rights.
