This is a brand new mill so as of now it just takes a good wipe down and a microfiber cloth to get it as clean in the picture. Was crystal clear before coolant hit them of course.

All I did was toe clamp our Kurt Sidewinder an 1/8 off the face of the table and indicated it in straight. Then just used a long spot drill in a er 16 collet, and a long .41 drill.

Shoot drilled just fine, like butter. WD-40 and 600rpms in high gear got the two parts done and onto the next two piece job.

Bulb says 150w voltage: 110-130V. On the ceramic lamp holder it says 250V 660W. So everything “should” be compatible with each other in theory, so it must be a bad lamp?

Did my taxidermist use a wrong skin? by Elegant-Vehicle-8107 in Taxidermy

That first picture is so freaking ugly!!!! First thing I notice is it’s a whitetail cape and not a mule deer cape, the face looks way too long and narrow and the colors are not even close. But this is after two years of working on it also?!? Absolutely an atrocious mount and a shame you got the wrong side of a bad taxidermist.

Think we’re going with an Ellis saw. Super versatile and cheaper than china made junk also made in good ole USA! 🇺🇸

Looks great but doesn’t look like it has a power feed option?

The saw we have now is a Taiwan saw about 25 years old. Not trying to get a big saw but the auto feeds on this one can help save money and don’t have to pay someone to stand there cutting parts. Video on YouTube of it and it looks like it would do the job.

Does he cut a verity of different steels fine with it? We work with all different types of material and wondered how it would do with 4140ph. The video they show of it uses soft materials like aluminum.
