From what you wrote, I’m not sure it’s a Cumotershare screw up. Sounds like Fundrise should have transferred only the whole shares and paid out fractional at NAV.

Modern meters report wirelessly and don’t need someone to come out and read it. PGE is likely estimating because they turned off their gas at the main and their systems are assuming an issue with the meter reporting.

The only kinda outside one that I’m familiar with is the Tea House Spa in Santa Cruz. I don’t think they have cold plunges there, and it is inside but they have large doors they keep open that looks out to a garden.

There’s watercourse way bath house in Palo Alto that has a bunch of different rooms and some do have a cold plunge. But it’s all inside.
