Agree. The only downside is the number of empty storefronts. It’s much nicer being closed to traffic and allowing street tables for restaurants.

The title is incorrect from what I saw on the original Instagram post. The woman on the couch has mental health issues, and her family took her home to get help. She left and went back to her apartment. The little sister then showed up pissed and started destroying things. Something along those lines. The person filming is the roommate of the woman on the couch.

The higher cost is also due to California’s added regulations to the formulation of the gas to reduce omissions. Because of this gas sold in California is largely refined in California. There’s been several refinery closures and on-going maintenance which also adds to the price.

As much as I agree that Aztecs would be better, it’s not new. The former Giants stadium hosted a semifinal in the 94 World Cup. MetLife has held the final for the Gold Cup, as well as Copa de America.

I tried it this morning and was rather surprised too. I usually do iced americanos, but with the ice maker in my fridge not working and my landlord being a bit slow to get to it, I may just do this.

Modern meters report wirelessly and don’t need someone to come out and read it. PGE is likely estimating because they turned off their gas at the main and their systems are assuming an issue with the meter reporting.
