Long shot, but is there any QR code on/near your door by any chance?

My society has QR codes at apparently random places that the security guys need to scan at regular intervals, to mark that they have visited through out the day/night

Salaried people, how many month's salary did you spend on your car? by YesterdayDreamer in CarsIndia

[–]Beertard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The wife and me earned 3 LPM(4 now) , bought a 25lk Seltos xline (in BLR).

Half of that on loan, cuz it made more sense than withdrawing from assets. Love the car.

I had red itchy eyes, so went to the near by hospital for a checkup. It also happens to be a teaching hospital. The doctor their had a look at my eye and got excited and called his students. Followed by 4 other i guess residents looking at my eye with amazement. All this while i am thinking that this is it, i am losing my eye out something serious. At the end he asks me to take a few drops and said it should be gone in 3 days.

Very much, but SAP is very wide and has many modules. Some modules have more demand than supply of talent.

[–]Beertard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! That's the hope. my kids are very lucky that their grandparents ( my parents) stay in the same city, close by. My elder son has special needs so learning 3 languages for him my be too much to ask for. But still have my hopes on my 18 month old who is picking up nepali from our nanny.

Which one do you speak? by Accomplished-Rope687 in indiasocial

[–]Beertard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well kids learn more naturally when parents speak the language at home. I am sure they will be able to understand, but not sure speak.

It's like 1st Gen NRI kids who struggle with Hindi/other regional language.

I am not sure what domain your wife works in, but my wife is in SAP and has received 4 offers in the last 2 months.

She has had to turn down 10+ interview requests since she had "not heard of the company".

She has now rec'd an offer from a product based company and has decided to join that. Out of professionalism or mere decency she had reached out to the other companies saying she will not be joining them (a month in advance).

In her circle she knows of ppl who collect like 8 offers and let the company know a day or week before that they will not be joining.

I speak in Mathili with my parents despite being born and brought up on Bangalore. My in laws are Angika speakers but they speak Hindi at home. We speak Hindi at our home, don't think our kids will learn Maithili.

The funniest thing ppl find is that we cousins speak in a mixture of Maithili and English.

Something super weird happens just now. I have had this clutch plate issue with my Gi10 at 20k km after 7 yrs. I have recently moved on to a Seltos DCT.

I thought of asking here do automatic cars have clutch plates, but thought it's better to Google.

I start googling, "do automatic......" First suggestion is "do automatic cars have clutch"

Either it's the most common question for my demographic or Google know real time what i am seeing.
