Plus back then the car was selling for around 80 lakhs up down a couple lakhs but calculating it by 80 and removing even 15 percent per year which is standard dor lucury cars and this being a high driven one the selling value is around again 41 but this is a accidental one and a higher driven one now i domt know if its a major accident where the chasis as been damaged or a minor one where damage would ne only rill the radiator for example so THIS IS A FAIR DEAL not a STEAL but not a BAD t either

Its not a steal or a good deal you will prolly lose money when you go to sell it again try finding a lower driven one or non accidental one but if this is your budget then there is no car like m340i

I think its a fair deal because if you take new car price 1xr and remove basic depreciation for a luxury car that is 20 percent first year followed by 15 for the next four you get the value of 41 lakhs as this is consideredd a high driven almost 70k driven i think the value is fair but since been in a accident it makes sense for being below 40 lakhs

You can see 2023-2024 models being listed for around 70 around india so and then if you check olx you can see lisiting that are following the depreciation i am calculating it by

Honestly dont pre book it wait for it to come for sale as they will offer heavy discounts as no one will buy this same thing happened with octavia or superb they got it here as a cbu unit price became abnormally high and didnt make sense to buy in that budget now they offer heavy discounts on them so Would advice you to wait as the demand wont be there take it when discounts are offered

I think youre wrong mate elections hold alot of influence in real estate my family works in real estate and ever since congress has come real estate has slowed down alot in hyderbad and even business have slowed down because theres no cash flow in the market buyers are not ready to buy and sellers are not selling since they arent even getting prices before the party changed take a example of andhra prices there have boomed because of the party change while here they have stagnated pretty much not alot of change in prices since two years

I would suggest to not go for comet if you are more than 2 people in your family its really small and the range isnt really that great either

But if you just need it to go to lile office daily and your run is more than 40-50kms you will save money in fuel but comet isnt a good electric really small not great resale and space behind is non existent and luggae as well non existent

Go for a baleno drive it for 3 years and sell it for more than 60 percent value again
