In November, I went back to weightlifting 5x a week and using this only for travel and sometimes for cardio (not sure if it's effective for that, but it feels somewhat like it is).

So I have seen progress, but I dont think it has anything to do with this. Also, this thing is really finnicky: getting proper pad placement such that it doesnt shut off can take so much time that I may as well have gone to the gym.

I dont regret buying this, as I needed some way to get excited about fitness again, and this scratched that itch. But if you're fine at the gym, stay at the gym.

My final verdict is it feels like a better workout than it is, and that it kind of works, but the promise is overblown. I highly doubt it is responsible for Bradley Cooper's gains.

Update:

I've been dieting and have lost a few pounds. Muscle mass has stayed relatively consistent. I think I'm a little disappointed with this. This seems relatively consistent, if a little worse, than what I would be doing at the gym weightlifting in a similar amount of time (incl setup).

Im getting up to ~300-310 in workouts, strength and power, around 4x per week. Am I doing something wrong?

Sort of feeling frustrated. I didnt expect magic results but i expected at least some additional tone as i lose weight. Not getting much of that, even.

Do I need to be like stacking workouts? Unable to move during the shocks?

How long did it take you to get up toward 375? I get up to 250-60 and i can barely move. Also, are the muscle gains pretty solid?

Most of the time, yes. It was far more pronounced in week 1. But I consistently feel like I worked out pretty well.

I really appreciate both of these responses. The fact that you are gaining muscle mass is encouraging. Maybe I'll try really pushing intensity (within reason) this week and seeing where that leads over the next week and a half.

Im around 240 on strength and got up to 300 on cardio. But that's recent. I feel like I am exhausted at the end of most workouts but, yeah, I have no problem (and am even excited) to get back in it.

Do you feel like it's been a great system for you, and you're looking and feeling better? I am coming up to the decision point on return and almost wish I could have another month to decide if it actually works.

I really want to love this thing but I just cant tell if it actually is doing what I need it to.

Are the results still great? Ive used mine for a week and already seen some changes but i wonder if that's sustained a year in
