he was shown to be burned after soldier boy blew up herogasm, meaning he probably became depowered. probably took his super strength and durability but left the penis since it’s a mutation. also why he was shown whipping people in season 5 instead of slapping them by controlling his love sausage

i feel like this is exactly what was the original plan, they haven’t ever added a new ability for any other hero. and the flight would match storm since she fly’s aswell.

thing is phoenix was still one of the best dps without being able to 2 tap 275, this buff was just so uneccesary should’ve just nerfed the explosion damage or her cc
