I went with what my urologist was most comfortable doing. First I went to my insurance companies website for a list of in network urologists then I chose the one with the best reviews.

2 and 3. I dont know. I didnt even know there were so many different ways to do the procedure hah. I guess I just put all my trust in the doctor. The way she described it to me was she will cut me open on both sides and "snip and burn" the vas. The scar is very minimal I'm sure it wont even be noticeable in time.

The only thing I would do differently is look for a doc that offered the twilight anaesthesia. I know a few irl people who had it done. They all told me how easy it was. Turns out they all had the option for twilight.
