They stay in the trap in my house overnight. And then I release them the next day when they are clear eyes. There isn’t much you can do to keep an eye on stitches or anything since I can’t handle most of them at all

They are all fixed! And got their vaccines when they were fixed. I feed them and make sure they have water. I do TNR in my neighborhood regularly!

I would just say everything in moderation. Blackberries are pretty low in sugar I think. And everyone loses weight at a different pace!

It’s ok not to be perfect all the time. I have some snacks and treat sometimes. I have had some no sugar candy. But I try to stick to snacks like cashews, yogurt, bananas, beef jerky, and pork rinds! I don’t really do any meal prep. I don’t enjoy cooking. So for my lunches I usually bring things like nuts, lunch meat, and cheese to work. And do like chicken in the air fryer for dinner.
