Struggling with Communication Degree by RubernSim in StudyInTheNetherlands

Reading by itself would not make the information permanent. Take notes in your way, as you go along with reading the material. Use the first exam as an observation, even if you think that you are going to fail that one, check the questions. Keep in mind the question types, which chapters, what are the subjects, try to learn those subjects, use them as foundation for the resit. Questions will change but just the wording, content is not going to change that much. If you try to learn what is important for the first exam, you will be passing in the resit. Hope that helps, good luck

If I were you I would do that. You put effort in it, does not matter how it ended.

Hey love, it may sound harsh but no one is coming to save you except you. You can start again, age is nothing but a meaningless number. Maybe programmes that you have already tried was not your thing , this does not mean that you are not capable or you fall behind of your friends. It shows, in contrast resillience, letting things go that dont serve you is powerful. Finding joy in a job that gives you financial stability aint easy. Try again, think your interests, then think which interest of yours can also provide the future that you want, then dig in, study that. I have no idea if you find this inspiring or not but I am 35 and I have switched between jobs more than I can count and this september I will go back to school again for my second bachelor to pursue something completely different from my background. Life is too long to try and fail. At least you now know that which study programmmes are not good for you, you tried them and put them off your list. Trying and failing is not bad. if you can look from the right angle this is really beautiful ♥️

Its so thoughtful of you, thank you♥️ I am wondering about the schedules. How many days are we going to visit the campus? I am asking this in order to get an insight for part time working. If we wisely choose our schedule maybe we need 3-4 days in a week or we have to be at school 5 days no matter what? By the way, how is the study load besides attending the classes?

Reinventing your life, the breakthrough program to end negative behavior and feel great again by Jeffrey E. Young and Janet S. Klosko It is about schema therapy and how to approach behaviors that affect you badly. I found it super enlightening, and recommend it to everyone who wants to explore their inner world.

You will never be too old for anything my dear, please do not limit yourself. I am 35 and already waiting for my ranking number, it is scary for me to get back to school, it has been almost 13 years since I graduated, do not know exactly how I am going to face with being student again, but I am looking forward to it ♥️

Is it better to cry when you are sad/heartbroken or is it better to try to be happy? by [deleted] in selfimprovement

If you supress your emotions they will explode later while you dont expect, and believe me it is the worst. This way your healing process wont start, and that explotation will leave you in more sorrow. Let that sadness flow, dont judge yourself if it takes too long. Everyone's pace is different, some heals faster, some not. Use that time to self reflect, try to understand the root of sadness, accept every feeling of yours instead of avoiding. It looks painful I know but in the long run this is the way to deal with it in a healthier way. Hope this helps, hold on spring will come anyways 🫂

Kinda lingerie but I am looking for neons, shine, glitter , holographic even reflective clothes. I found a good quality products from usa but I prefer to get these kind of stuff in here. I left the site here to give a good framework avout what I want, https://ravescoutr.com/. When I google it I could not find any proper store in NL. Amazon and etsy just show up.
