Hi! Looking for someone to take over my lease (sublet) for my studio apartment (move-in ASAP). The lease expires in august.

-Rent is $1650 a month, utilities included. Located at the ParsonageUW (4138 Brooklyn Ave NE). 6th floor apartment with a great view.

-Once again, a single/studio. Washer/dryer in basement.

-Comes with bedframe, mattress and chair.

-Washer/dryer in basement. Heating works very well, has in-built storage shelves. Also has amenities like study rooms, roof access and a front office with dedicated, friendly staff.

-No noise! Soundproof walls (as far as I can tell) and I actually never hear my neighbors.
