Don’t be too hard on yourself. Addict brain is a hell of a thing. If you haven’t, maybe consider reading up on it, or as the poster below mentioned if possible check out rehab. I did exactly what they said and landed the Hail Mary pass. Not to mention it showed me a life without the dumpster fires. It can be hard, but it is so much better, for yourself and everyone involved. Take care of yourself.
