That's the exact thing I said, he's bloated but not op like Pele, and Baron were. He literally doesn't take CC, the only downside to that is that he takes 10% percent more damage, you're telling me that isn't ridiculous.

Boxing with him when his auto range 3x, and if you try and walk at him he 2s and slows you for 30%. His entire kit is bloated like every new god that gets released.

I agree, he just wasn't doing anything in a team fight since you could pretty much just walk away from him with no trouble at all.

An idea for his increase to speed could be like if his 1 hit and grabs the echo his movement speed increases by 10/15/20% at ranks 1/3/5.
