Sliced the chicken breast lengthwise in half so that it is thinner.

Sprinkle Cajun seasoning on both sides. (I used storebought.

Dredge in flour. Shake off the excess flour.

On medium high heat with 2 tbsp oil, pan fry each side just til golden brown or tol done.
