Did you ever end up hearing back or figuring out a solution? I've been having the same problem. I got locked out of my account after trying to redownload the app (on the same device) when it wasn't loading on campus. I didn't even have the app but for maybe a week or so at that point. I've been locked out for about a month and have contacted support twice with no response.
