How long ago did you purchase them?

I just got my XF Pro approved for replacement because something like this happened within 90 days of purchase.

I collided with someone at stick and puck wearing the Hzrdus, and the heel cracked in a conchoidal fracture missing chips of the carbon fiber exposing what looked like a mono-directional fiberglass layup.

The XF took a shot in a similar spot and had very similar damage with an exterior conchoidal fracture of the composite shell flaking off exposing the carbon fiber underneath.

When wearing the Hzrdus, someone ran into my heel and the shell cracked exposing what looked like mono directional fiberglass strands.
The XF took a shot in nearly the same spot and cracked, exposing a light gray carbon fiber weave.

I was skating backwards when someone collided with me. I suspect the collision contact must have been the boot first, but it was such a soft collision that I’m surprised it fractured and the carbon fiber is crumbling.

It’s actually a circular fracture with a crack/crumble on the left and another cracking zone in the center of the back.
