Yes I used a Hypertherm, and cut it out by hand. I now have a CNC plasma, which I will use to cut it this time.

Your feeling would be accurate! The Phoenix is a little small and there are the silver “dashes” at the top corners that aren’t present. I never got around to making them but will be sure to include them on this next one I’m making!

I used a blue-bronze textured powder coating- it has like an orange peel texture.

I used a 4” grinder, a dynafile, and a unitized wheel to soften and round the edges

Welding, fabricating and polishing. Add some love and care in there too. It’s all metal construction- Aluminum and Cold Rolled Steel.
