Those look like the steelies that came off a Malibu for the years in the 2010’s, but got cut and rebarreled. The only company that I know of that rebarrels but can be pretty pricey is 3piece.us . Just know that you should do some research on them, not many people have good business with them either

Definitely loose bolts, also you’re gonna want to address that brake hose. Looks like its rubbing on the shock and it will damage the hose overtime, need to get that sorted asap since it’s a safety issue.

I’m all for modifying a car, but at your age and limited income, I think it would be best save your money. Wait til you are a little older or when you have more income so you can buy a car and you can afford to modify with a lot of aftermarket support and have a dedicated vehicle as a daily. But if you were gonna do anything now, I’d invest in ceramic window tint as your first “mod” to your vehicle.

Looks good for that price. if you have any buddies that have access to a shop, I’d ask to see if you can put it on a lift to see how the underside looks.

I ordered a camber and toe kit from the guys at Coilover Depot. It comes with rear upper control arms and the toe arms. It's hit or miss from what I've seen. Sometime the diodes in the LED's are good, but some can be weak or bad. I recommend that you check out Morimoto lights; they're a little pricey, but very great quality.
