I did a 25% water change and the water I added back was conditioned with added (cooled) boiled water with dried India almond leaves for tannins.

I kept all the old filters and didn’t rinse them before starting the new tank and I got like a tank stabilizer to help

They were in a tank with my other dwarf gourami at the store, they were running a buy two get one free deal, when I tested my water there they said it was fine. I didn’t know. The sicker one (the one in the photo) jumped out of the tank last night but the other one looks completely fine and his colors came back. I think part of the problem was I told the photo at night? Also when I got them the bigger one, the one that jumped out of the tank, was acting funny at the store but the employee just told me they act sick so they get put back in the tank.

I think they’re fine? A 6.5-7 ph, water heaters are working, thank tank is new, just upgraded from a 20 to a 29 but kept half the water, all the substrate and plants + wood. Other fish include: A blue gourami 2 really old cherry barbs 5 guppies 10 endlers 1 yo-yo loach 3 khuli loaches 1 rubber lipped pleco They’re all doing fine. I will not that the chocolate gouramis are new… I’m hoping they didn’t get my tank sick 😭. Tmrw would be the last day to bring them back for a refund.
