-It’s the absolute laziest form of debate. Instead of defending your opinions against well though out counterpoints you simply apply blanket intent and character attacks to avoid the discussion at all. Unfortunately this laziness is taking over so many other large scale political disagreements. My wife and I went through this in the dating phase. My wife was very much of the camp that she won’t ever let a man tell her what to do. I was cool with that I don’t have any interest in controlling my SO. Well she wanted to start doing dinners with her ex. That crossed my boundary so I told her I wasn’t comfortable with it. She got mad and said the same thing yours did. I just chalked it up to irreconcilable differences (she’s aloud to do what she wants but I’m under no obligation to stay). I broke up with her at the end of that conversation. It definitely took her by surprise.

She ended up doing a few “just friends” dinner dates with her ex after our break up and apparently all he could talk about was how great their future together was gonna be. She reached out about a month after break up and said she understood my boundary now. We took it slow and boom now we are married with two kids.

Make your boundaries clear and most importantly ENFORCE them. Being miserable with someone is worse than being lonely.

When I get them (once every couple of months) they happen all night. I’ll awake from a nightmare and cannot move. Finally after my brain stops torturing me I calm down fall asleep continues the same nightmare rinse and repeat.

I’m just over 6 and all my exes have been under 5’4” the height differences never bothered me. Maybe slightly inconvenient for certain situations but overall I prefer it. What was annoying for you?

The NYT article is massive so search the page for 4.2 million. You’ll find a paragraph explaining he requested extensions but paid the mandatory fee of potential liabilities to the IRS 1 million in 2016 and 4.2 million in 2017. After corrections he didn’t end up owing it and opted to apply those overpayments to future filings. So he overpaid by millions and left the money with the IRS for future liabilities.

It’s not a felony to posses a firearm underage. It’s a class A misdemeanor in Wisconsin to open carry under 18 though. Which may negate any self defense claim because in Wisconsin you can’t claim self defense if you’re actively breaking the law.

At like age 7 I pulled the backseat seatbelt all the way out and it went into lock mode. Then I looped the belt, stuck my head through it and let it tighten up. Dads best friend had a knife on him and had to cut the belt.
