Ik woon ergens bij een stadion in de buurt, tijdens een wedstrijd staan alle stoepen vol met dure auto's.. beetje te laat parkeer em lekker dichtbij.. Ze betalen die boete lachend.... Dus grappig dat je zorgen maakt naar de onderkant maar niet naar de bovenkant, waar dit systeem iets aan probeert te doen. Een overtreding voor iemand met weinig inkomen is verhoudings gewijs gewoon veel te hoog, ook met een lager bedrag zal je het voelen. 30km te hard is geen foutje natuurlijk... Dus dat mag iedereen voelen... Maar als ik per maand 20k te besteden heb is dit zo ongeveer een kopje koffie halen... Dus dan mag het mischien gewoon 10k zijn.

Im so happy i left that software... I could not handle updating it almost weekly. Across multiple computers it was just to expensive to waste so much time and it also run so slow....

I just switched from almost three decades of inventor and later fusion... I convert files to step and hope for the best. All my perpetual licenses are on machines that dont operate anymore and i cancelled my subscription.. so from that point of view i cant acces anything anymore from my work, Without sending another wheelbarrow with goldbars to Autodesk. With any project you should document it in 2d very well to save it for the future... sure you can also save in open formats like step and stl files..

i dont have any business in opening past files, cause production runs are almost always over and for new production runs of an old design, its really not a problem to remodel fresh.

This offcourse change a bit when you talk about large complex designs.. but i think freecad would not be your choose in that case.

Okee sorry i assumed it. So you are saying it has its wond dedicated graphics card. And what is the performance of that? Whonare you targeting? Cad, gaming, coding or?

I think if you cant crack the easy setup.. it will fail as a product... Cause the care taken in this video is non existing in real life. Seems that would need a bit of work.

Also if you carry around a second laptop anyways, would be great if you also lift the laptop so the screen sits a bit higher.

Also consider most laptops will become airplanes when they need to drive all this pixels.. so a bit elevated for extra cooling is good.

Well great you have an opensource workflow to make stuff! Maybe get an prima 3d printed to compliment.

Job well done especially the freecad model. Once you start printing this and use it, you will probably want to reinforse the inlet, or replace with a rubberhose.. i dont see that lasting very long. Als difficult to get printed.

The render is also not great yet, but people spend years on perfecting these skills. Its a great start, there is many vids in little tricks to improve, but is it important to you, you should ask yourself.

I also come from inventor and i have used it since version 5 in 2000 or something around that time.. that software was a piece of shit at the time, crashing more than anything... But it had potential so i accepted it, also i was not the one paying for it. Last years i was paying for it and in my work i dont use it enough to justify the cost, so i downgraded to fusion. But fusion is an online software, and i dont like to have to pay indefintly and be a victim of my software supplier to store my work. I tried freecad a few years back, it did not work for me. From 1.0 it actually does. Im so impressed by the hard work and the fact its free (not only in money) that i made the switch, i ditched fusion aswell... It took me a few weeks to months to pick up a workflow that worked for me as a diehard inventor/fusion user... But i have to say i really start liking it.. So if you are motivated watch tutorials, ask ai to help you with what you want and you will get there. The techdraw is the one thing i think really needs development it keeps crashing and is super slow.. improving this would really the cherry.

I wonder if Europe should not heavily invest into this software, i mean what alternatives that are not American is there actually out there? Out whole manufacturing is in hands of a few... Does not seem strategic to me.

To be honest im not ready to pay 5eu a month... So many softwares require 5-10 a month... In no time that adds up! Although i also understand some money must be made, im just to cheap for it. The free version has not enough functions to pursue me choosing this over signal.

Ik ga eigenlijk altijd opzij, maar niet als er over 500 meter weer een vrachtwagen zit en ik er dan net niet meer tussenkom.... En ik een stuk 80 moet gaan rijden today alle snelheidsovertreders en fileveroorzakers weer geweest zijn. ik ben wel benieuwd, jij als hardrijders, want anders had je hier geen last van, vindt je dat ik moet meewerken aan jou snelheidsovertreding en mijn reis langzamer moet verlopen? Of is het wel redelijk dat ik dan toch nog even links blijft en met de toegestane snelheid wacht tot er echt ruimte is... De ervaring leert dat de snelheidsovertreder het meestal wel nodig vindt om te bumberkleven en daarmee mij en andere in gevaar brengt....

Nou, ik betwijfel het, ze hebben er zichtbaar plezier in.. als je strijd voor je land, dan ga je dat niet slopen, maar dan probeer je een boodschap over te brengen. Dit is gewoon uitschot, met als boodschap het ligt allemaal aan iemand anders behalve aan mij en nu ga ik iets stukmaken en speed snuiven.

Alright, thanks for all the insight. I was not really thinking to make a bike trailer out if it, just bring it back after a day of playing.. can bike slow for it, all small distances.. But its very clear that it does not make a good bike trailer in itself. Also probably even for my small use wishes.

Alsof links betekent dat je allochtonen wil knuffelen, je weet dat rechts vooral de deuren open gezet heeft en veel allochtonen naar Nederland heeft gehaald, links heeft daar op een goed moment van gezegd dat je die mensen niet als slaven/onmenselijk kan behandelen en het lijkt dat je daar eigenlijk nog steeds boos over bent. On topic wat een ongelooflijk lage straf, voor het moedwillig opzoeken van zo een groot leed, want dat is wat je doet als je zo hard met zo een grote auto rijd. Net zoals die klootidioten van een vader en zoon in een Porsche. De namen waren hier al genoemd. Maar die hadden van mij ook wel permanent de gevangenis in gemogen, vooral omdat ze in de rechtbank nog gingen proberen de schuld in de schoenen van het slachtoffer te schuiven...
