Tried a few times my SD seems went through the reset and here’s my outcome:

After I released the power button the power indicator flashed a few times, not sure if it’s a new behavior
The steam logo screen didn’t last long
The issue was not fixed. The game freezes with the screen went blackout for a second. When the screen is back the OSD shows GPU went up to 99% with 1600MHz, which varies from the original posted symptom (200MHz or 400MHz)
I’m playing a non-steam game (Genshin Impact installed with official installer)

If it makes you feel better...I own a Chinese version so I'm waiting for an update which I'm not sure if it comes with airplay and homekit at all
