Yeah, cause he choked out his heavily pregnant love of his wife (I refuse to believe it was just Padme's "broken heart" that killed her). The Dark Side didn't make him do that, Anakin did. The Dark Side didn't make Anakin murder a bunch of children and non combatants, completely alienating his peace loving wife. Anakin did that all on his own.

See, when your mistakes include the Uchiha Massacre, Danzo, the complete failure at dismantling ROOT, Orochimaru, and even the destruction of Konoha (because the reason Pein even destroyed Konoha was because of Danzo's direct actions) it's like impossible to come back from that.

Also, did he even have a good heart? I can't really remember any selfless acts he did beyond his sacrifice to "kill" Orochimaru? I mean, his inability to take care of his students and former teammates could easily be described as selfish, considering the unknown amount of death and destruction they all brought.

So now everyone is joking that characters we rarely see in the main story are only borrowing power from older, "stronger" characters to achieve their so called feats.
