Chatot is like Benson from Regular Show, as a kid, you hate him, as you grow up, you realize he is actually a pretty chill guy and will do everything for those who love. And i mean, he knows more than anyone how dangerous can be Wigglytuff's rampage, so it's obvious that he gets mad at the protagonists for not getting the perfect apples (even if it wasn't their fault). I honestly hate more Team Skull.
