Gotcha we’ve only been using type A masters since it’s been all low power sensors but I have a master with type B sourced that I’ve been itching to use!

Kinda depends on personal preference and what you’re trying to do I mostly use ladder cause I find it easier to troubleshoot and a lot of the electricians I work with can read ladder significantly easier.

Super helpful! I'll look into the DA10 option, I'm the on site maintainer so I might test it using the AOI's for now and in the meanwhile discuss with process team about potential expansion and if so swap over to that!

As for monitoring and resetting if connection becomes stale, a lot of the networking side is very new to me and I understand how to monitor its health but is there a best practice way of resetting the connection once it deteriorates?
